  • The 360° Vitality Health Program is for those who want a comprehensive Mind-Body-Spirit approach to wellness designed to ensure maximum results. With the 360 Program, you receive an in-depth functional health assessment and a personalized plan (nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle protocols). However, a true 360° Health Assessment and Plan includes fitness/movement, mindset, habits, and sustainable lifestyle upgrades. With custom coaching, we will hold your hand at every stage of the process to set you up for long-term success and transformation. 

    The baseline Functional Health Plan is likely best for those with a strong, consistent handle on their fitness, mindset, and lifestyle habits. It includes lab testing and a personalized functional medicine plan. While you will receive expert analysis of your results and a clear action plan tailored to your needs, you must hold yourself responsible for implementing the plan. It will not include the fitness, mindset, or lifestyle coaching often inherent to realizing true wellness.

  • While we cannot guarantee results, you will see results if you put in the work and stay committed to the program. Most people who remain committed experience weight release, better sleep, more focus, lower stress, better habits, and more energy! They also find they are more determined and focused on making the time for what matters to them. They have more energy and vitality to expend because they have shifted their mindset and how they respond to the world around them. Before you begin, please consider that, like anything in life, you will get out of this program what you put into it. We can promise that we are fully committed to YOU. If you meet our commitment - seeing through the process and putting in the work we give you - you will transform your health.

  •  If you've never experienced what it's like to work with a dedicated team of wellness professionals who meet for weekly roundtable collaborations to bring you the best care possible, the 360° Vitality Health Program gives you just that! Tracy and Jennifer have taken these last few months to develop the 360° Vitality Health Program for the WPC. They've done the hard work of integrating their operational infrastructure -- from patient portals to planning tools, email, and product output (i.e., one seamless health plan). They have worked upfront to ensure a seamless, holistic experience—FOR YOU. In addition to their operational and product integration work, they'll have weekly calls to review patient plans and progress, allowing them to deliver a truly integrated functional medicine, emotional intelligence, and personalized wellness program that supports your transformation.

  • Refunds are not offered for either program. We have lowered our fees significantly to make them widely available to the Women's Purpose Community. A portion of your payment goes directly to paying for lab testing. You are responsible for doing the labs promptly to avoid expiration and to follow the protocols (based on your results) outlined. We recommend taking advantage of the 360° Vitality Health Program to give you the accountability support you need to succeed. Should you feel unhappy with the program at any point, we would love to discuss how to make it better for you.

  • Your test will come with step-by-step instructions, but to give you an idea of what to expect:

    1. Begin preparing 4 days before the test.  Discontinue any supplements and herbs.  Consult with Jennifer if you should discontinue any pharmaceutical medications in preparation of the test.

    2. Twenty-four hours before the test, put the freezer pack in the freezer.  Eat a normal diet but avoid eating excess amounts of one thing.  

    3. Consume no more than six 8 oz glasses of water 24 hours prior to testing.  

    4. DO NOT test if you are menstruating, or have blood in your urine.

    5. Kidney disease, acetaminophen, and berberine can all affect the results of the reading.

  • Your test will come with step-by-step instructions. For awareness, know that this test is performed on certain days during your menstrual cycle.  If you do not have a menstrual cycle, refer to the guidelines for collection of urine.  Find the collection guidelines here.

  • Many of these services are provided ala carte through Indigo Dragon and Tracy Hall Wellness. It would depend on which you are interested in if it's something we could offer at this time. Additionally, these would be offered at our standard prices, not the discounted rate featured. Our priority is servicing the Women's Purpose Community with the initial programs we've outlined at a significant discount for a limited time. 

  • We are happy to provide you a super bill to submit to your insurance carrier for personal reimbursement.  Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

  • When it comes to supplements, each plan is tailored to your unique needs. If you find swallowing pills difficult, we can provide alternatives like liquids, powders, or teas. Whether you're diligent about taking supplements or tend to forget, we have strategies to keep you on track. The best part is that your supplements will be recommended based on personalized data, ensuring you get exactly what you need—no more guesswork or impulse buys from late-night scrolling.  And you get a discount off all supplements needed for you.  On average supplement costs range from $75-200 per month depending on what is needed.  At first, costs will tend to be higher. As your body improves, we are able to reduce what you are taking. The goal of Functional Medicine is to help your body remember how to do these things on its own and not rely on outside supplements. But this, of course, takes time.

  • Should we decide that HRT or BHRT is right for you, we'll refer you to our online BHRT partner, Winona, to have them sent directly to your door. Jennifer will help monitor and guide the process along the way to ensure you're on the right dosage and to optimize results.

  • You can expect the program to last 3-5 months. The timeline may vary slightly depending on when you complete your labs, when the results are received, and how your schedule aligns with the calls with Jennifer and Tracy.

  • Since you are working with a dedicated team, Tracy begins by exploring the three health goals you received during your complimentary health check-in as a WPC member. Together, you’ll identify common threads—areas that are out of balance, need strengthening, or have lost resilience.

    Tracy will guide you from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to gaining clarity and confidence, providing a personalized action plan that aligns with your body’s needs. Through emotional intelligence coaching, mindset shifts, and tailored strategies, she helps you build resilience, break through obstacles, and create sustainable habits for long-term vitality.

  • Some of you have worked with Tracy before. The main difference is that this time, you have a team of dedicated medical professionals supporting you, enabling Tracy to connect the dots between your symptoms and the root causes.

    You'll move from asking, "Why can't I keep the weight off?" to, "I know my body is lacking key nutrients needed for weight loss, and I have Tracy's support to keep me accountable and consistent so that this can be a sustainable program for me." Or from wondering, "Why don't I sleep at night?" to "I understand which supplements and lifestyle shifts will optimize my body's natural relaxation chemistry, and the self-discovery and awareness I have found in my coaching sessions with Tracy have allowed me to shift my lifestyle and rest well."

    There's no more guessing—we use accurate data to create a clear, science-backed plan for your health. Plus, with accountability, resourcing, and support, you'll break through to deeper levels of self-trust. We will combine the best parts of what worked before with the new information you now have to further create consistency, accountability, and sustainability.

    Finally, Tracy is very excited to bring in her fitness training background to support your movement goals and strategy. Knowing that exercise isn't a one-size-fits-all, she's particularly excited about creating a movement plan that works for you.

  • Examples of movement, nourishment, and mindset practices in this program may include:

    • Movement: Somatic movement, breathwork, and functional exercises that mimic real-life activities to enhance daily mobility. Strength training with a focus on mindful awareness, proper form, and breath control.

    • Nourishment: Creating a personalized list of foods that support your nutritional needs while fitting seamlessly into your lifestyle.

    • Mindset: Writing exercises to shift perspective, co-creating a gratitude practice, using visualization and guided imagery, and learning to reframe negative thoughts for a more empowered mindset.

  • Unlike the band aid approach of Western medicine, which often focuses on symptom management and temporary fixes, functional women’s health and wellness is about long-term solutions that address the root causes of imbalance.

    Functional medicine takes into account your whole self—your hormones, digestion, stress levels, lifestyle, and emotional well-being—to create a personalized plan for lasting health. Instead of masking symptoms with medication, we uncover why they’re happening in the first place. Whether it’s fatigue, weight struggles, poor sleep, or hormonal shifts, we use comprehensive lab testing, targeted nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to restore balance naturally.
